Rang<\/p><p>An strategisch g\u00fcnstiger Zentrumslage, an der Kreuzungsstelle bzw. im Dreieck der Hauptstrasse und dem Bahnhofsquartier, soll eine neue Raiffeisenbank und eine Gesch\u00e4fts- und Wohnanlage entstehen. Drei kompakte und \u00e4hnlich gestaltete Bauk\u00f6rper f\u00fcgen sich durch ihre Lage, Ausrichtung und Dimensionen in das Bebauungsmuster der bestehenden Bauten entlang der Hauptstrasse und der Bahnhofstrasse ein. Die drei einander zugewandten Bauk\u00f6rper gruppieren sich um einen neuen Platz mit Brunnen, der eine Begegnungs- und Verbindungszone bildet und auch die Zugangssituation zu den unterschiedlichen Geb\u00e4uden und Nutzungen definiert. Dieses neue Dorfzentrum ist von allen Seiten gut sichtbar und erreichbar und steigert damit auch den zentralen, \u00f6ffentlichen und in das Dorfgeschehen integrierten Anspruch der
